1. I'm afraid to pull my face.
Don't be! Just take the plunge and you'll be astonished at the results. You can read the first chapter of my book here on this site, and I hope it will persuade you how much you gain by taking a bold approach.
2. Why aren't there any exercises for under the eyes?
There are! The eye muscle is circular... it goes right round the eye, including beneath it. Although you're holding the flesh at the side of the eye during The Wish exercise the entire muscle is worked equally. Wish is a great exercise for under the eyes.
3. There aren't many exercises for the lower face.
Many exercise programmes will have you do lots of exercises for the muscles around the jawline, but only one or two of these make the jawline smooth... the others simply build up the areas around the jaw and make it bulkier rather than smoother. If you had, say, flesh hanging over your knee, building up the knee wouldn't help, you'd need to lift the flesh by exercising the upper thigh. In the face, this is even more straightforward as the muscle is attached to the skin, and exercising the upper face automatically lifts the flesh away from the lower face.
4. Why is the programme so short?
It doesn't need to be any longer. 5 minutes is the right amount of time to achieve what you're setting out to do, and it's much better to just fit it into your life and forget about it most of the time. If you do more, it makes people look tired and not feel good about themselves. Just do a bit, enjoy your face and get on with enjoying your life.
5. How long before I see results?
You should notice a difference very early on, within the first few days, as your face looks happier and brighter from the attention you've given it. You'll probably see some striking changes in a month or two, and after 6 months to a year you'll be looking very good indeed and will probably only need the odd 5-minute session once a fortnight or so to keep everything in good nick.
